Primitive Reflexes Exercises

Here are some fun exercises that you can do to help integrate retained primitive reflexes. All of these have been found on youtube. Please note that we are advocates of these exercises being done the following way:

  1. Perform the main exercise that relates to your specific retained primitive reflex for 20 slow repetitions, each morning and evening:
    Moro or Startle - the starfish
    TLR - the superman/banana

  2. Then choose a fun exercise to do from the options below:
